INTERMEDIATE POLE SERIES

Le Intermediate Series is a six week 1.5 hour course for people that have completed the beginner’s series course Level 3/4 and feel confident and excited about proceeding further. Throughout the course you will train, and continue building on strength, spins, climbs and combination tricks will be explored in this 6 week series. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn basic inverts! Working on increasing cardio will allow more flexibility and developing muscle memory where you will reach new heights in developing your own style routines.

ADVANCED POLE SERIES

The Advance Series is for students who have completed the Intermediate level completely. This course will focus on becoming airborne and learning how to hold on with only your legs! Get ready to climb to the top of that pole. Let’s fly inversions are the focus of Intermediate to advanced Pole. Doing tricks at ones individual pace, you’ll highlight your own unique talents. Whether it’s the flag, brass monkey or extended butterfly with our trained instructors you will learn a series of tricks and perform your routine at its best.
